The V&A Waterfront is a perfect and beautiful place to shop as it has a wonderful surrounding with the Table Mountain in the back and the sea with yachts on the side. Canal Walk is situated at the N1 highway, just outside the city centre. It is built in a complex named "Century City" and you can't miss it. It's on your left hand side if you come from town on the N1. This mall has more than 400 stores on 2 floors and a huge food court and cinema in the centre of it. Tygervalley in the Northern Suburbs is also worth a visit if you like shopping. The mall is situated approx. 20 minutes drive from Cape Town City in the Tygerberg area. The Greenmarket Square in Cape Town (between Shortmarket and Longmarket) is one of the favourite places in town. This fleamarket is the place to go if you want to buy souveniers or gifts. Don't forget to deal before you settle on a final price. But be aware and don't display any valuables whilst strolling the numerous stalls!
